Automated Emails and Text Messages

The event system sends a number of automated messages to both recruiters (probably you, if you’re reading this Recruiter’s Guide) and job seekers who have registered for your hiring events.  These current touch points are as follows:

Automated Messages Sent to RECRUITERS

  • When invited to a booth by an event organizer – Email
  • One day prior to event(s) – Email
  • At event start date/time – Email

Automated Messages Sent to JOB SEEKERS

  • Upon event registration – Email & Text Message
  • One day prior to registered event(s) – Email & Text Message
  • At event start date/time – Email & Text Message
