Accept Your Invitation & Complete Your Profile

As a recruiter, you should have received an invitation from the event organizer.  The email will come from hello@recruitvirtual.com.  If you believe your organizer has sent the invitation, but you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk/spam/trash folders to make sure the invitation wasn’t accidentally flagged on the way to your inbox.  

Your invitation email will contain a link to complete your recruiter profile. Click the link shown in the email to continue. This will launch a web page where you can now complete your recruiter’s profile. 

Please supply the following:

  • Your first name
  • Your last name 
  • Your title
  • Visibility – This setting determines whether or not your name is shown to attendees when they enter your virtual booth
  • Email – By default, this will be the email address the event organizer supplied when inviting you to participate
  • Password – Used to login again in the future
  • Profile picture – Upload your photo here. While not required, a photo is strongly encouraged

NOTE: You can modify your profile again at any time from within your dashboard.

Once you have saved your profile changes, you will be automatically logged in to your dashboard.
